ZD999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing zd999.ws, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZD999. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the ZD999 platform.

ZD999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ZD999 after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We recommend reviewing this document each time you return to ZD999 after an extended absence.

To register and use ZD999 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. ZD999 does not permit minors to access any part of the platform. Age verification may be required at any time.
• Be an individual person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful registration information including your real name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• Hold only one account on ZD999. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a ZD999 employee.

ZD999 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure. All information provided to ZD999 must be kept up to date — if your contact details change, please update your account immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZD999 login credentials. Your password should be unique, strong and not shared with anyone — including ZD999 customer support staff, who will never ask for your password. ZD999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.

You must notify ZD999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ZD999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred due to you sharing your credentials, using an insecure device or failing to promptly report suspicious activity.

ZD999 may temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected — for example, multiple failed login attempts or login from an unusual location. This is a security measure to protect your funds. If your account is locked for this reason, contact ZD999 support with your registered mobile number and CNIC to regain access.

All ZD999 account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZD999 does not hold balances in any foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

Deposits: ZD999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your ZD999 wallet promptly — most methods process instantly. ZD999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following standard timelines:

• Standard accounts (Bronze/Silver): 24–48 hours
• Gold VIP: approximately 4 hours
• Platinum VIP: approximately 1–2 hours
• Diamond VIP: approximately 30 minutes

ZD999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you personally own — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. ZD999 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal while an investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse is ongoing.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction. ZD999 does not apply withdrawal fees on its side, though payment providers may charge their own processing fees for which ZD999 bears no responsibility.

ZD999 offers various bonus promotions to new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets and expiry periods — are stated on the individual promotion page. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions and take precedence over any general bonus guidance in this section in the event of a conflict.

General bonus rules that apply across all ZD999 promotions unless a promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to the bonus balance section of your ZD999 account, separate from your real-money balance.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be completed within the stated timeframe before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household address and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• ZD999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of an error or collusion with other players.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• If you make a withdrawal before completing a wagering requirement, ZD999 may deduct any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

The ZD999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme automatically available to all registered players. VIP points are earned through real-money wagering activity across ZD999 games and sports betting markets. The number of points earned per rupee wagered varies by game category and is published in the VIP Club section of the platform.

VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are assigned based on cumulative VIP points earned over a rolling 90-day period. ZD999 conducts quarterly reviews and may adjust tier status based on recent activity. Members will be notified in advance if their tier is at risk of being downgraded.

The weekly cashback benefit available to VIP members is calculated on net losses over the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to the real-money wallet every Friday. ZD999 VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and is available for immediate withdrawal.

ZD999 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, benefit levels and the overall structure of the VIP programme at any time. Changes to the VIP programme will be communicated to members with reasonable advance notice. ZD999 may also withdraw VIP status from any member found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, regardless of accumulated points.

All bets placed on ZD999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game. For casino games, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. ZD999 is not responsible for errors in game rules displayed by third-party providers.

For sports betting on ZD999:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds may change rapidly — ZD999 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment you click will be identical to those applied if there is a brief technical delay.
• ZD999 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice — for example, where a match is suspended, where there is suspicion of match-fixing, or where a technical error is identified.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled and a result cannot be determined, bets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the help section of the sports betting area.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits may vary and ZD999 reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
• ZD999 may accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

For casino and slot games, ZD999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided and audited by independent third parties. ZD999 does not modify game outcomes. All jackpot prizes, including progressive jackpots, are awarded in accordance with the rules of the individual game as set by the provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZD999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account on ZD999
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to ZD999 support immediately
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use ZD999 for any form of financial fraud
• Using VPN, proxy or other means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions
• Any form of cheating, manipulation or match-fixing in connection with sports events covered by ZD999

ZD999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation relating to fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct involving the platform.

ZD999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity has occurred or is suspected
• The account has been used for money laundering or related financial crime
• A chargeback has been initiated against a ZD999 deposit
• The account holder is a minor or has falsified their date of birth

You may close your ZD999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before a voluntary account closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid to your registered payment method. ZD999 may retain certain account information for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations even after an account is closed.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ZD999 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account at the time of closure where that balance is connected to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

ZD999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

ZD999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform functions. ZD999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

ZD999 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device problems on the player's side
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, however arising
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors or other service partners — though ZD999 will act in good faith to resolve disputes involving third-party services on behalf of affected players

Nothing in these Terms limits ZD999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a dispute or complaint about ZD999, please contact customer support at support@zd999.ws in the first instance. ZD999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days where possible. Please provide as much detail as possible — including your ZD999 account username, a description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting transaction references.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ZD999's internal complaint process, you may escalate your complaint through the relevant dispute resolution mechanism communicated to you at the time of registration. ZD999 takes all player complaints seriously and will engage constructively with any formal escalation process.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process described above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

ZD999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus policies, account eligibility rules or dispute procedures — ZD999 will notify registered members by email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable. Minor corrections, clarifications or formatting updates may be made without individual notification.

The version of these Terms displayed on this page on the date you use ZD999 is the version that applies to your use. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly. If you do not agree to any amendment, your remedy is to close your ZD999 account before the amendment takes effect.
